What is your return policy?

We offer some of the best customer service when it comes to your bought items. We do our best to resolve the issue asap if your items arrive damaged or not at all. Life happens and we try and make the best out of the situation at hand. If a replacement can't be made we will refund the entire amount of your purchase. All custom orders must be approved before production to ensure you will be satisfied with you item(s). Refund or returns will NOT be accepted once items are opened or used after 30 days. Any improper use or operation of your items will void your 30 day return/replacement and the sale will be final. If you have any issues with your items before the 30 days please contact us to assist you.

Do you sell/share personal Information?

By no means do we or would we ever sell your personal information. We strongly rely on our customers trust in what we do and would never compromise that trust.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards. For custom orders an invoice will be sent to your email along with necessary documents before your item(s) are processed/produced.

Can anything from the store be customized?

Yes, we provide pre-made products on our store to offer our customers the ability to not just buy but to see how items can look so if they choose they can take it a step further and have it customized specifically to them.
